REMARKS
Goatfish are easily identified by a pair of barbels on their chin which are used to probe the sand for food.
They mainly feed on worms, crustaceans and echinoderms living in sediment.
Goatfish are often seen in schools feeding amongst the sediment with small wrasses and other fish following to pick up any food disturbed by the goatfish.
