REMARKS
Jellyfish have a two-part life cycle. The first stage is the familiar free-swimming bell shape stage.
The polyp is the less known stage which forms after egg and sperm combine. The polyp stage is normally very small and not free-swimming, instead attaching to rocks, corals and shells.
Prior to summer the polyp starts to shed parts of it's body, each of which grow to form the swimming jellyfish stage.

How Do Fish Communicate
The colour of fish is one of the main forms of communication. With most fish lacking any form of vocalisation, the only way to communicate is by sight. This is very important at breeding time and camouflage is another aspect which makes them less vulnerable to predators and also helps them blend into the corals.
